Parts being produced in Progressive Tool with Cams Parts being produced in 2cavity Progressive Tool & Holes centers being maintained in 0.08 mm A part being produced in Progressive Tool Flatness required is below 0.08 mm
     
Tool Design :    
 
Progressive Punching at an angle. Part approved by Japan used in Two wheeler Carburetor Progressive Tool with Side cams for critical bending & curling operations in progression  
Multislide :    

1. CNC Multi slide is wire and strip forming machine.

2. It can efficiently execute components which involves multiple bending  and forming.

3. Advantage of this machine is that the components can be made with minimum tool cost and higher material utilization as compared progressive tool.
